William Albrecht worked out how to grow highly nutrient-dense food. His
method is based upon bringing the soil to have a specific set of mineral
ratios, a profile, a target. For naturally acidic soils that target is 68%
calcium; 12% magnesium, etc. For other sorts of soil the target moves a bit,
but is not that different. Adding minerals (remineralizing) is done
according to a specific sort of soil test. Those who grow food this way say
it tastes better and is more nutrient-dense. I agree with that completely.
